Mesa Public Schools Make the Grade in 2008!

Some good news for students and their families in Mesa School District:
 
  • America's Promise Alliance ranks Mesa Public School District Number 1 in graduation rates among the nation's 50 largest cities for 2008.
  • U.S. News and World Report lists Dobson, Mesa, Mountain View, Red Mountain and Skyline in it's "Best High Schools 2008 Search".
  • The class of 2009 is represented by 25 National Merit Semifinalist in Mesa Public Schools.
  • High school graduates in the class of 2008 were offered $45 million in scholarships.
  • The International Baccalaureate Programme, World Studies Academy, Health Schience High School and award-winning Biotechnology Academy provide a variety of choices for students.
