Professional Designations/HonorsCRS® (Certified Residential Specialist)
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Home buyers and sellers can be assured that
GRI® (Graduate of the REALTOR Institute) Less than 10% of REALTORS achieve this level of training.
To obtain this coveted designation, REALTORS must complete Extensive Course Work taught by Highly Regarded Instructors at the Top of Their Respective Field. Several Test must be passed during the course of instruction. Less than 10% of REALTORS hold this designation as it requires a large investment of time and money to obtain.
CDPE® (Certified Distressed Property Expert)
